Farmers across Europe have taken to the streets in protest of higher taxes, import issues, competition from cheaper imports, and more. France, Europe's most prominent agriculture producer, witnessed farmers blocking roads around the country for two weeks last month. French journalist, writer and columnist Anne-Élisabeth Moutet joined Philip Clark on Nightlife and revealed a fresh warning from France's largest farming union that if the government doesn't do more to address their demands for better pay and working conditions, the protests could resume.
